Over the years, we’ve honed our storytelling craft, tackled creative challenges, and built impactful narratives. Now, imagine combining that experience with practical AI skills to push the boundaries of video content creation—and maybe even help the next generation leap ahead.
To that end, I’ve started a LinkedIn group: AI Skills Exchange for Video Content Creators. It’s a playground where we can swap tips, experiment with tools, and see what kind of magic we can create with AI.
My hope is that creating logos might be a more fun starting point than diving straight into branding guides, scratch-track narrations, and the obvious AI-enhanced scriptwriting—though that might come next!
To kick things off, I gave myself 10 minutes each to create six logos inspired by classic ’90s brands using ChatGPT, Photoshop, and Adobe Firefly. Now, I’ll be the first to admit, these logos aren’t going to win any design awards. But one of my personal favorites is a reimagined Peachtree Post logo—something I’m proud of because it’s a tribute to one of my earliest freelance clients.
My first post to the group includes some infographics showing the steps I took to create these logos:
1. Uploading the original logo to ChatGPT.
2. Modifying the output in Photoshop.
3. Uploading the result and the original logo to Adobe Firefly.
Now it’s your turn! What can you whip up in 10 minutes? (Hint: don’t worry about perfection—just let the AI chaos flow.) Share your creations and any cool tricks you discover.
This isn’t about being perfect—it’s about experimenting, laughing at our mistakes, and having fun. So, join the group, share your brainwaves, and let’s see where this takes us!
